Amazing. Just amazing. So many different food choices and seasonings, and it's different every week. I ended up waiting here for a waiter for about 3 hours, but that's when I realized it was self serve. Even with all of that waiting, though, the food made up for it. I am very happy with my visit and I will be sure to come back.

Had a great time here. The food is unique and we didn't have to wait! I found a rough tin can lid in my bowl of pasta but these things happen. Also there was a that we saw but again, I don't expect that much. Check it out for yourselves!

Don’t sleep on this restaurant! The DWG is the epitome of class and sophistication without being overly egotistical. The staff are as diverse and welcoming as expected but the coup de grace is the food. Your palette will dance with the ever-changing faire. I highly recommend the Duck (available seasonally). The tire track texture is as desirable as it is unforgettable. Do yourself a favor. Go here!

Visiting from Denver where the dumpster dining arena is really hot and this place blows them all out of the water. The selection and commitment to sustainability are huge plusses. Great to see my hometown thriving when it comes to nuevo dining experiences.

Dumpster Water Grill is a must for anyone staying near Marquette! I thought the food in Detroit was good but holy smokes this place is leagues above. Make sure you ask for extra wall scrapings to top your fries with. And don’t skip the stagnant still water. A true delight.

What a gem! I was not very optimistic as I was walking to this establishment, until the smells hit me. The blend of various aromas that filled the air excited and scarred my senses. Once I was able to get in and assess the food choices, I was quite pleased. And the bottomless glasses of dumpster water was a very nice touch. Wait staff were very fast, in and out, and they were forgiving that I stepped on one of their tails accidentally. Great value for the money, highly recommended!
